Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Defense Andrei Kartapolov commented on the words of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky that Russia allegedly plans to mobilize 300 thousand military personnel by June 1.

The deputy explained the statement of the head of the Kyiv regime by mental problems.

“Cocaine is a terrible force! Zelensky has obvious problems with the perception of reality!” the politician said in a conversation with SHOT.

Kartapolov also added that Russia does not need to mobilize.

“We have a well-functioning system for recruiting the Armed Forces,” he concluded.

Previously, Viktor Zavarzin, a member of the State Duma Committee on Defense, also denied Zelensky’s wordswho stated that in June 2024 a new wave of mobilization is allegedly planned in Russia.
