Coaches from Primorye were the first in the Far East to receive international certification

Ten coaches from Primorsky Krai received an international C-UEFA license for the first time in the Far East. Among the graduates are representatives of the Regional Sports School of the Olympic Reserve, the Lokomotiv team from Ussuriysk, Sturm from Artyom and the Dynamo Academy from Vladivostok.
In total, twenty-two Far Eastern football teachers passed the world-class certification. The intensive training, organized by the Academy of the Russian Football Union, lasted three months and took place at the Iskra Academy in Khabarovsk.
“Never before have Russian coaches had the opportunity to obtain an international license outside the capital region. In a short period of time, we managed to implement a colossal project covering the entire country. Just a year ago, in November 2022, we conducted training for the first time – then students had the opportunity to undergo training in St. Petersburg… And now the training has been successfully completed simultaneously in seven cities of Russia“said the head of the RFU Academy Irina Baranova.
During the training, trainers completed 57 practical and 40 theoretical classes, including face-to-face and online sessions. The final module discussed the psychological preparation of young football players, interaction with parents and the problem of coaching burnout. Each “student” underwent individual certification and portfolio defense.
