On the same day, the Investigative Committee reported the arrest of two unnamed proxies of a Ukrainian businessman, one of whom was charged under Part 4 of Art. 291 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (giving a bribe by a group of persons by prior agreement), and the second – according to paragraphs “a”, “b” part 3 of Art. 291.1 (mediation in a bribe committed by a group of persons on an especially large scale).

On July 3, it became known that the Zamoskvoretsky Court of Moscow on June 16 concluded detention of Bespalov in the case of giving a bribe to an official, committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy (clause “a”, part 4, article 291 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Together with him, on that day, a meeting was held on the case of giving a bribe to an official on a large scale (clause “b” part 4 of article 291 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) in relation to the head of “Rodnik and K” Andrey Lazutin, he was chosen a measure of restraint in the form prohibition of certain actions.
