Yamal athletes took three awards at the Ural rock climbing championship, the Department of Physical Education and Sports of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug reported on February 26.
Vladislava Kazarina from Noyabrsk won gold in the speed climbing discipline in the age category of 16-17 years. November resident Yesenia Moskovskaya won a silver medal in the same discipline in the 10-13 year old category. Marta Vodilova from Gubkinsky took bronze in the difficulty climbing discipline among women.
The Ural rock climbing championship was held from February 22 to 26 in Yekaterinburg.
