Climbers from all over the world will meet at the Tyumen site

From February 28 to March 4, international mountaineering competitions will be held in Tyumen. The sporting event was organized at the Center for Tourism and Local History (Perekopskaya St., 34).
The strongest athletes from Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Korea, Belarus and Moldova will compete on a specially prepared ice track in two disciplines: “Ice climbing-speed” and “Ice climbing-difficulty”. In the speed competition, climbers must overcome several short but difficult routes in a limited period of time. In the difficulty test, ice climbers will scale a 17-meter wall of ice on speed.
The opening of the competition will take place on Saturday, March 2. Admission to the events is free, spectators will be able to watch the skills of the climbers and cheer for our athletes.
