Chita authorities declare high alert after increasing incidents with dogs
The administration of Chita has declared a high alert regime in connection with the increasing cases of dog attacks, informs the government of the Trans-Baikal Territory in its Telegram-channel.
The day before, a pack of dogs attacked a boy in Chita, he was taken to the hospital in moderate condition.
As noted, the decree on the introduction of a high alert regime implies increased monitoring of the situation with stray dogs and control of owners on compliance with the rules for keeping pets.
The resolution was signed by acting. Andrey Grenishin, head of the Chita administration.
The report clarifies that residents of the city should take precautions, not send small children and pensioners unaccompanied. Pet dogs should only be walked on a leash and muzzled.
