Chinese Foreign Ministry: Beijing did not prohibit officials from using iPhones

The Chinese authorities have not introduced any regulations that would prohibit Chinese officials from using iPhones, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Mao Ning told reporters.
“China has not issued any laws, regulations or regulations prohibiting the purchase and use of foreign-brand mobile phones such as Apple,” she said (quote via CNBC).
