Chinese Long March 6 launch vehicle successfully launched from Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center with Yunhai satellite
China’s Long March-6 launch vehicle successfully launched from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center in Shanxi on Wednesday morning with the Yunhai-3 02 satellite.
According to China Daily, the satellite has entered its intended orbit and will be used for studying the atmosphere and marine environment, monitoring the space environment, preventing and mitigating natural disasters, and for scientific experiments.
The launch was the 514th mission of the Long March series of launch vehicles.
