Deputy Sultan Khamzaev proposed reducing the number of abortions. But not just “take it and cancel it,” but please everyone: women, future children, and the state. The idealistic picture according to Khamzaev looks like this: a woman who became pregnant and does not want to have children, even if she does not. She bears the baby, and then the state takes him away. And not for free, but for money. The amount will not be specified.

– I propose for consideration the idea of ​​financial incentives for women who decide to give birth to a child instead of a previously made decision to have an abortion, with the subsequent transfer of the child to the state for upbringing. I believe that preserving the life of a child is the most important thing in the strategy to reduce the number of abortions in Russia. , – said in the address of Sultan Khamzaev.

Thus, the deputy proposes to amend Article 56 on artificial termination of pregnancy in the law “On the Fundamentals of Health Protection.” By supporting his idea, the state will actually prove that it is not just the Motherland, but the Motherland, Khamzaev believes.

– There are many different speculative opinions around the topic of abortion. I have advocated and continue to advocate the position that the state should have a maternal protective function, and if a woman has already decided to have an abortion, then the most effective way to save the child is to take him into the care of the state,” the parliamentarian concluded.
