Cherepovets hockey players of “Severstal” beat Moscow “Spartak” in overtime

The day before, on December 28, another meeting of the KHL championship was held in Cherepovets. Local hockey players of Severstal and sportsmen of Moscow Spartak met at the Ice Palace stadium. The next puck flew only in the 48th minute and again thanks to the efforts of Spartak, but after two minutes the teams were again level.
Severstal managed to take the lead in the 58th minute, when Alexander Petunin confidently shot the puck into the opponent’s goal. But the Muscovites did not plan to give up and, four seconds before the siren, they again restored the balance in the score. The last goal of the match was scored in the 65th minute. Petunin again became its author.
