As the press service of the Chelyabinsk garrison court reported, on August 22, the private left his place of service without permission. Based on the totality of crimes, the court sentenced him to a final punishment in the form of a fine and imprisonment for a term of 5 years and 1 month. In the courtroom, he was taken into custody pending the entry into force of the verdict.
