Judging by the fact that several sources have already reported on contacts between Chelsea and Dynamo regarding Arsen Zakharyan, this is indeed reliable information. The famous English club, which not so long ago replaced owner due to the fact that Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich was forced to sell him, and really seriously set his sights on the best young football player in Russia at the end of last season.

The fact that Chelsea made a specific offer to Dynamo for Zakharyan, in particular, was confirmed by the authoritative Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio on his Twitter. According to his information, Rafael Pimenta’s agent is working on the deal. By the way, it was she who completed the sensational transfer of Erling Haaland from Borussia Dortmund to Manchester City after the recent death of one of the most influential football agents Mino Raiola and generally collaborated with him for many years.

Another well-known insider specializing in hot news from the transfer market, Fabrizio Romano, wrote on his social media page that Zakharyan is very close to moving to Chelsea.

According to him, the Londoners are ready to buy the rights to the player for €15 million, which are spelled out in the Dynamo contract as a compensation amount for European clubs. According to him, Chelsea is going to conclude a long-term contract with the Russian, until 2028.
