Chelsea close to signing Dynamo midfielder Arsen Zakharyan

The English football club may soon arrange for the transfer of 19-year-old football player Arsen Zakharyan, midfielder of Dynamo and the Russian national team. This was announced by the athlete’s agent Pavel Andreev.
