Chechen commander told how to escape from kamikaze drones

The commander of the assault group with the call sign “Granite” told what prohibited weapons the enemy uses, how he mines the approaches to his positions, and how fast you need to move in a truck to protect yourself from enemy kamikaze drones.

– We are now four hundred meters from our advanced positions in the village of Rabotino, – pointing towards the forest plantation, explains “Granit”.

Here, the officer says, heavy fighting has been ongoing since the start of the Ukrainian counteroffensive. There has been no calm for more than two months now. The enemy here managed to apply everything that Western curators “gifted” him with. In addition to armored vehicles and a wide variety of unmanned aerial vehicles, they do not hesitate to use prohibited means. For example, such as phosphorus.

Speaking of drones, Granit focuses on FPV drones or, as they are commonly called, kamikaze drones. The interlocutor explains that the average speed at which such “birds” usually fly is about sixty kilometers per hour. That is why, despite the roughness of the roads, military vehicles do not drive here, but rush by.

– If you go more than eighty kilometers per hour, then there is a chance that he will not catch up with you, – the commander explains. – But the enemy is also not a fool, and therefore he tries to attack with kamikaze drones in the forehead, in order to be sure.

Another trick faced by the special forces in this direction is remote mines, which the Armed Forces of Ukraine scatter with shells along the roads. Such a mine can lie, waiting for its victim for four hours, after which it self-destructs. However, if during this time vehicles pass by, then things are bad. The mine is attracted to the metal case even at a distance of one and a half meters, after which it immediately detonates.

– Have you seen any unusual trophies here?

– To call them our trophies would not be entirely correct, – clarifies “Granite”. – These are the finds of another unit, but we saw them with our own eyes. On the battlefield, among the bodies of Ukrainian soldiers, a lot of foreign weapons are also scattered. For example, American M16 rifles, British and French rifles, as well as foreign-made grenades.

The fighters had a chance to meet wrecked “Leopards”, and burned-out Bradley combat vehicles, and all-terrain vehicles “Hammer”, as well as Ukrainian armored vehicles “Cossack”.

The commander recalls the heroic deed of one of his subordinates. Although it is recognized that you can tell a lot about everyone. But it is precisely this hero, who, unfortunately, who died while doing his long work, is singled out separately by “Granite”. Sulim was the commander of the first company of the Akhmat-Vostok battalion. As a person who worries with his soul and heart for his subordinates, before sending them to perform a combat mission, he himself went on reconnaissance alone so as not to expose personnel to additional risk. And only after making sure that the group would pass, he set a combat mission.

– We consider as heroes those people who do not hesitate to give their lives in this sacred battle, – continues “Granite”. – One of these is my battalion commander, who is constantly at the forefront, although he could give orders, based at headquarters.

– Did you have to deal with Chechen terrorists fighting for Ukraine, with shaitans, as Ramzan Kadyrov calls them?

– Before the special operation, I served in various units for many years. When the SVO began, I was already a civilian, but immediately made a decision for myself to go to war against evil spirits.

According to “Granit”, the news that Chechen fighters are fighting in the ranks of the Ukrainian army became an additional motivation for him to come here.

– We drove them out of Russia, and not only outside our republic. And I was hoping to meet them here to destroy these rats. But they are not here. They only say that they are fighting, while they themselves are sitting somewhere in the garden near Zelensky, in safety. Even looking at the videos that they post on the Internet, even by their clothes, it is immediately clear whether they are fighting or not. It’s too clean and new on the militants form.

– How much more strength do you think the Armed Forces of Ukraine will have to attack?

– Only God knows that. I know one thing: the more of them, the stronger we are.
