Charles III allowed DNA testing of the remains of princes murdered 500 years ago

Nearly five and a half centuries ago in Great Britain happenedabout one of the most mysterious crimes in the history of the country. The 12-year-old heir to the throne, Edward, and his younger brother, Prince Richard of York, were killed.

The crime happened 539 years ago. The exact burial place of the princes is unknown, but the remains of two children were found in the Tower of London. They were taken to Westminster Abbey and buried as princes of the blood.
