Business coach Portnyagin paid off tax debts with the state

Blogger Dmitry Portnyagin, as part of a criminal case for tax evasion, fully compensated for the damage caused to the state. This was reported on Thursday, April 11, at the Moscow region headquarters of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.

The department emphasized that the investigative authorities were able to quickly obtain full compensation for the damage from Portnyagin and his wife.

At the same time, it is not specified whether the criminal prosecution of the Portnyagins continues in the case of tax evasion on an especially large scale and legalization of funds obtained by criminal means (Part 2 of Article 198 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and Part 4 of Article 174.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

Officially, the amount that the Portnyagins returned to the state is not disclosed. However, the Shot Telegram channel claims that we are talking about more than 124 million rubles in tax arrears, of which over 91 million were transferred to the accounts of third legal entities. In addition, according to Shot, the Portnyagins have accumulated a debt of penalties and fines in the amount of 64 million rubles.

Dmitry Portnyagin himself, after reports of a criminal case being initiated against him, stated that located in a special operation zone, “not far from the line of combat contact.” The business coach, however, promised that he would promptly pay off his debts to the state, without waiting for court and enforcement measures.
