“Burn your grievances”: advice from shamans on the day of the spring equinox announced

March 20 is the day of the vernal equinox, when night and day are equal in time. It is today that the Sun illuminates both hemispheres of the Earth, southern and northern, for the same amount of time. This is the day of the arrival of astronomical spring. From today the day will begin to increase, this will last until June 21, after which the day will begin to decline again. But the spring equinox is also an important holiday from the point of view of esotericists, the beginning of the “bright period”.

Today, March 20 at six in the morning, the so-called astronomical equinox was celebrated. But many Turkic peoples, for example, in the Republic of Tyva, have their own holiday – Chyl-Pazy or “Head of the Year”. This is one of the last “new years” this year. It is celebrated as part of the Solar calendar (and there is also, as you know, the Lunar calendar, according to which China celebrates the New Year). Esoteric consultant Ksenia Zelenaya told MK about this.

The spring equinox is a big holiday among shamans, which is actively celebrated in many regions of Siberia and the Far East. For shamans, the Solar New Year is the Day of “opening the Gates of Heaven.” The period of “open heaven’s gates” begins on March 21 and ends on September 21.

– What will happen on March 21?

– At this moment there is a symbolic change in the reign of the spirits who are in charge of the processes taking place in the “Middle World”, where a person lives. On March 21, the gates to the Upper World open and from there, the dark spirits are replaced by the spirits of the “Upper World,” that is, conventionally, light spirits. Including, on this day, it is believed that nature begins to truly awaken, the “spirits of the area” begin to awaken. Although they will finally wake up a little later: on April 21, the Earth wakes up, and on May 21, the spirits of Water and their Mistress.

On March 21, you need to see off the dark spirits – including thanking them for all the lessons they taught.

“One way or another, we are all subject to these cycles, since in winter people are less active, they are affected by winter time,” says the esotericist. In other words, it was a difficult period, a dark period, a period of “internal reflection.” The dark period is over, it’s time to get to work: soon we will begin to cultivate the land, plant new crops, etc. We can say that this is a metaphor – that in the spring people seem to start life “from scratch.”

Now about the preparation for this date of an ordinary person. First, on March 20 and 21, it is very good to remember all the lessons that were taught to us during the autumn and winter periods. Let these be some unpleasant situations, but from which we learned some benefit for ourselves, some knowledge. Analyze what happened, what we learned, how to avoid getting into such situations in the future. To understand within myself why all this happened to me? How did we get here?

Secondly, it is very important to thank the “dark spirits”, ancestors and yourself for these lessons. Accept this knowledge.

Third, you need to prepare on a physical level – do a wet cleaning of your home, and, so to speak, a general “cleaning” of yourself: get a haircut, get a manicure, go to the bathhouse, carry out various hygiene procedures, etc., that is, physically clean yourself up in order.

Be sure to remember your ancestors on this day – in accordance with your religions.

It will also be good to say goodbye to what bothers you in life, to all the grievances, to leave them in the past.

“You can do this thing on March 20 and 21: remember all your grievances, all your problems, write them down on paper and burn them in order to enter the New Year “with a clean slate,” continues the esotericist. – I would also advise everyone to think that any New Year is an opportunity to start your life in a new way. You don’t have to wait until Monday. How to do it? You need to start asking yourself new questions, understand that if something doesn’t work out for you, then you need to stop expecting new results from the old tactics – you need to choose new tactics, take a new path.

Still, now a certain new milestone will begin, you need to tune in not to the internal work, which was during the period of “closed heavenly gates,” but to the “external” work, that is, to open up to the world, but most importantly, to open up for a reason, but with respect to yourself and to others.
