People’s Artist of Russia Nikolai Burlyaev reported on the state of health of the hospitalized actor and director Nikita Mikhalkov.
According to Burlyaev, the cinematographer’s condition began to improve. “We talked on the phone, everything is fine, he is in working order,” the People’s Artist of Russia said, adding that Mikhalkov is getting back to normal, and that he has a great appetite and no fever.
The director is now working in the ward, reading scripts and working on projects, Burlyaev said.
Mikhalkov’s hospitalization became known on January 5. On January 10, the cinematographer’s condition began to deteriorate.
