Burbock declined to answer Kuleba’s question about deliveries of tanks to Kyiv

German Foreign Minister Annalena Burbock did not give a clear answer to the question of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba about the supply of Leopard tanks to Kyiv, the German television channel N-tv reported.
This topic was raised several times during Burbock’s visit to Ukraine. However, as journalists reported, the German Foreign Minister reacted to the demands of the Zelensky regime “reluctantly”, “restrainedly”, and “cautiously”.
In response to Kuleba, Burbock said: “As the situation on the ground changes, we are always considering providing support and will discuss the next steps with our partners.”
Earlier, Moscow sent a note to NATO countries because of the supply of weapons to Kyiv. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov noted that any cargo containing weapons for Ukraine would become a legitimate target for the Russian Armed Forces. The Foreign Ministry called the supply of arms to Ukraine “playing with fire,” and the Kremlin noted that pumping Ukraine with weapons does not contribute to the success of Russian-Ukrainian negotiations.
