Earlier at a meeting of the UN Security Council, Russia’s permanent representative Vasily Nebenzya said that Ukrainians have long understood that the threat to them comes not from Russia, but from their own government. He recalled that Ukrainians call mobilization “grave”, and this best shows their attitude to what is happening.
The politician recalled that NATO is waging a hybrid war with Russia “to the last Ukrainian.” Nebenzya emphasized that now many Ukrainian refugees are trying to move to Russia. The country has already received several million Ukrainian citizens.
