British Ministry of Defense: the first Ukrainian pilots completed training on the F-16
The first Ukrainian pilots who were trained on the fourth generation F-16 fighters have completed their training. The UK Ministry of Defense reported this on its official page on the X social network.
“The first Ukrainian pilots who underwent intensive training under the guidance of Royal Air Force instructors have completed their training,” the statement said.
It is also clarified that all trained pilots will face the next stage of training, but in France.
It is worth noting that there are still no F-16s in Ukraine. However, the Netherlands previously stated that they intend to send 18 fighters to Kyiv, and Denmark – 19, but in the summer. The exact dates for aircraft deliveries have not been announced.
