Borovichi schoolchildren took first place at the regional stage of the TRP summer festival

The regional stage of the Summer Festival of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex “Ready for Labor and Defense” among schoolchildren was held in Valdai. The team from Borovichi won the team event.
More than 100 students from 16 districts of the Novgorod region participated in the competition. Schoolchildren aged 12 to 15 could take part in the competition.
In total, seven types of tests had to be completed. Among them: push-ups or pull-ups, leaning forward, long jump, shooting from an air rifle, swimming, throwing a ball, running 60 meters.
As a result, the team from Borovichi won the team standings of the sports competition, the second place was taken by schoolchildren from Staraya Russa, and the third place was taken by the guys from the team of the Valdai region. This was reported in the press service of the Ministry of Sports of the Novgorod region.
