Bone-appetite: Fashionable San Francisco Restaurant Starts Catering to Dogs
[ad_1]
According to The Guardian, San Francisco is a gourmet paradise with many Michelin-starred restaurants. And the people of San Francisco love dogs. So it’s no surprise that the entrepreneur decided to combine two passions by creating what is considered the first restaurant exclusively for man’s best friend. The Dogue store, which rhymes with the word fashion, opened last month in the city’s trendy Mission district. For $75 (£65) per pet, dog lovers get a multi-course meal including dishes such as chicken skin waffles and filet mignon steak tartare with quail egg. Rahmi Massarweh, a dog owner and classically trained chef, has decided to leave his busy job at a fine dining restaurant to focus on his new dog cafe.
