The village of Klimovo in the Bryansk region came under fire from the Armed Forces of Ukraine with cluster munitions, as a result no one was injured. About it reported Governor Alexander Bogomaz in his Telegram channel.
“The Ukrainian Armed Forces fired cluster munitions at the village of Klimovo. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties. Damage to several residential buildings and outbuildings was recorded. The survey of the village area continues. Operational and emergency services are working on the spot,” he wrote.
On the night of October 3, Bogomaz also reported about an attempt by the Ukrainian Armed Forces to attack the region using a drone. Air defense systems shot it down over the Trubchevsky district of the Bryansk region. As a result, no one was injured and there was no damage to the city. The Ministry of Defense noted that the drone was destroyed at approximately 23:30 Moscow time.
In the Bryansk region, a high (“yellow”) level of terrorist threat remains in effect indefinitely. Since October 19, 2022, by decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin, a “medium level of response” has been established in the region.
