– There is a category of people who constantly catch colds and get sick. Why is this happening and what should they do?

– Yes, just let them ask themselves the question: “Am I satisfied with my life now? If not, why not? Let them answer this question honestly. The outside is not the same as the inside. We can smile and pretend that everything is fine, but our hearts will feel bad. It is important to start by recognizing that, in fact, something is going wrong, you need to restore internal order. We should all be well aware that, firstly, we are the most important people in our lives and only we can help ourselves, and, secondly, one problem leads to another. Here are some questions you can answer to help prevent disease.

1. What worries you the most right now? If you find it difficult to answer right away, make a list in order of importance. The problem that will be at the head is the most important. It should be addressed first.
