A criminal case was opened against blogger Alexander Shpak under an article on discrediting the Russian army. This was reported by a source in law enforcement agencies.

The source clarified that Shpak is accused under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.”
