Blogger Lerchek (Valeria Chekalina) explained why she and her husband Artem did not pay taxes. She explained this by her stupidity.
“What can I say, they were stupid, they listened to the wrong people, but they admitted all their mistakes and repented,” Chekalina wrote on social networks in response to a question about why they evaded paying taxes.
Chekalina promised that this would not happen again in the future. She also advised subscribers to be careful about taxes.
Last spring, a criminal case was opened against Chekalina and her husband for tax evasion and money laundering. As a result, the bloggers paid a total of 504 million rubles of debt.
