Blogger Elena Blinovskaya reimbursed 30 million rubles out of almost 1 billion in the case of tax evasion. This is reported by journalists present at the court session on Wednesday.
In court, Blinovskaya said that she fully admits her guilt and actively cooperates with the investigation. She burst into tears and asked to change her preventive measure from house arrest to a ban on certain actions.
“I ask you to allow me to go to the playground with the children, walk the dogs, go to Moscow once a week to resolve the issues of repaying the debt,” she quotes REN TV.
Blinovskaya is accused of laundering money obtained by criminal means, as well as tax evasion for 918 million rubles from 2019 to 2021. She was detained on April 27, 2023 when she was trying to leave the country.
