According to the politician, “the most acute and pressing threat to international order” is the Russian special military operation in Ukraine, and China poses the most serious challenge in the long term.
Blinken noted that “Beijing and Moscow are working together to make the world a safer place for autocracies in their partnership that knows no bounds.”
Earlier, French President Emmanuel Macron warned that the expansion of BRICS, which includes Russia and China, carries the risk of fragmentation of the world, which must be avoided, and the risk of establishing a new one, an alternative to the “too Western” world order.
