Bishkek hosted “Quick Flag” airsoft competitions

Kyrgyz airsoft players took part in sports airsoft competitions “Quick Flag”. The event was organized by the AirsoftPro.kg store, SSK Division and FVTI with the support of the 9 * 19 sports and shooting complex.
In “9 * 19” it was quite crowded: more than ten teams applied for participation. Some airsoft players just came to cheer on their teammates and immerse themselves in their favorite atmosphere: now it is cold in Kyrgyzstan and there are no street games yet.
“Quick Flag” was held according to the double elimination tournament system, with elimination after two defeats. Each tournament consisted of matches of several rounds of 120 seconds with a 30 second break between rounds. Points were awarded for capturing the flag, delivering it to your base, and for the number of opponents hit. According to the results of the competition stage, the first place was taken by the Pokémon team. The second – “Baikeshi”, the third place – the team “Prigorod”. The winners received commemorative medals.
FVTI President Chingiz Asankulov (aka “Skif”), congratulated the competitors on the first qualifying tournament of this kind, and noted that they showed an excellent level of play. According to him, Kyrgyz airsoft players will soon be able to compete in similar competitions abroad.
“Get ready for a trip to Kazakhstan – a sports airsoft tournament will be held in Shymkent. Teams for these competitions will come from all over Kazakhstan. I hope that the victory will be ours, you just showed the top level of the game!” – he said.
According to the organizers, there are plans to hold more than one such tournament and actively develop sports airsoft in Kyrgyzstan.
