He believes that recently the Armed Forces of Ukraine have become weaker, and the successes of the Russian army on the battlefield can lead to the fact that Ukraine will have big problems. According to Friedman, the weakness of the Ukrainian army is expressed in the absence of long-range missiles, as well as a sufficient number of weapons that could prevent the Russian Armed Forces from receiving ammunition and reinforcements.
Despite this, the American geostrategist suggested that Kyiv could receive long-range missiles in the next military aid package from the United States.
