Laura Rosenberger, adviser to US President Joe Biden on China, intends to leave her position in March 2023. It is reported by Bloomberg.
Rosenberger, who serves as senior director of the US National Security Council for China and Taiwan, will step down, according to the agency. This decision is due to the recent incident with a Chinese balloon shot down by an American fighter.
Instead of Rosenberger, the place of adviser and senior director of the National Security Council for China and Taiwan should be replaced by Sarah Biran. Biran currently works for the US State Department.
