Biden sends Putin a message that America will not back down in Ukraine

Biden, in his address to Congress, voiced a message to Putin: we will not retreat
President of the United States of America Joe Biden, during his speech in Congress, voiced a message to Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
“My message to Russian President Vladimir Putin is simple. The United States will not retreat and will not bend. Personally, I will never cave,” Biden said.
Among other things, the American president addressed Congress and called on it to confront Russia, as well as to approve a request for new military assistance to the Kyiv regime.
Biden clarified that the lack of military assistance to Ukraine would endanger not only Kyiv, but also Europe and the whole world.
Earlier, Biden said that in Ukraine there is not and will not be American soldiers.
