Biden demanded signature on a bill on Ukraine and border security

All signs point to this bill not even getting a vote in the Senate. This opinion was expressed by US President Joe Biden. At the same time, the politician demanded that the bill to help Ukraine and protect the American border immediately be on his desk for signature.
Biden blamed Trump for the refusal of American lawmakers to agree on the allocation of new funds for Ukraine, saying that the former US president “believes that this is bad for him from a political point of view <...>even if it helps the country.”
At the same time, the current American president noted that Ukraine is in a desperate situation due to the cessation of US military assistance – “the clock is ticking”, Kyiv’s weapons are becoming less and less, TASS reports.
Meanwhile, in Germany they claim that the country, since the beginning of the Russian special operation spent on helping Ukraine about 30 billion euros, including money agreed upon but not yet sent to Kyiv. In particular, we are talking about the 7 billion euros planned for 2024.
However, the media note that Europe’s efforts are not enough. If American military assistance is disapproved, Ukraine will find itself in a catastrophic situation, since the Ukrainian Armed Forces already experiencing problems with ammunition.
