Two Belgorod athletes won medals at the Russian freestyle wrestling championship. Sofya Tolokonova became the best in the weight category up to 73 kg, and Faina Nikitina took bronze in the weight category up to 49 kg.
The competition took place in Moscow. 241 athletes from 49 regions of the country took part in them.
Let us note that the girls are trained by Yuri Semenov, Denis Vasyutin and Dmitry Zubarev.
It was also reported that Belgorod volleyball players won in the first quarter-final match of the Super League.
