“Belavia” carries out a complex of technical works on the transition to the Russian system of booking air tickets “Leonardo”, reported in the press service of the airline.

The company drew the attention of passengers to temporary changes in the procedures for booking and issuing air tickets, as well as in services at airports.

“From 20:00 on September 1, 2023, the booking, purchase, exchange and return of air tickets, as well as additional services, will be temporarily unavailable at the sales offices of the airline and agents, on the website, as well as in the Belavia mobile application. The airline plans to restore the provision of these services on September 2.

The domestic system for booking Leonardo air tickets was created by Rostec.
