The investigation suspects a certain 33-year-old Tyulubaev, who was born in Ukraine and was registered in the DPR, in this.
According to preliminary data, on October 22, Ukrainian special services gave him the coordinates of a hiding place in the Belgorod region, from where the suspect took about one and a half kilograms of hexogen and elements for making a homemade bomb. It was assumed that he would carry out a terrorist attack against the leadership of one of the military units in the Krasnodar Territory, but he could not carry out these plans and was detained by FSB officers. Several criminal cases have been initiated against Tyulubaev.
