The head of the Russian Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, as part of the investigation of a criminal case related to the shelling of a market in Donetsk, ordered to identify all participants in the crime.

“The Chairman of the Investigative Committee instructed to identify all persons involved in crimes against civilians, including those who gave orders to strike civilian infrastructure. The actions of each of them will be given a legal assessment,” the message says.

On the morning of January 21, the Ukrainian military launched strikes on the Kirovsky district of Donetsk. As a result of artillery shelling of the market area in the Tekstilshchik microdistrict, 28 people were killed.
