Bari Alibasov is suing over shells that did not reach targets in tanks

Producer Bari Alibasov decided to sue one of the Russian chains of electronics stores, which refuses to return his money for what he believes is a low-quality product. Producer’s assistant Elena reported “Gazeta.ru” that Alibasov filed a lawsuit over a laptop worth 200 thousand rubles, which turned out to be too weak.
“I didn’t pull the tanks <...> They got stuck on him,” the assistant explained. “The trees either floated away somewhere, or the shells didn’t reach.”
Elena reported that the store refused to return the money, insisting that the laptop was working, and then the producer asked his lawyers to file a lawsuit. The assistant expressed the opinion that if Alibasov had personally come to the seller’s office, the store would probably have met him halfway. However, the producer did not want to use his publicity and decided to act “like an ordinary citizen.”
“He says, what do ordinary people do? Let the court work,” the assistant explained. “He’s become so principled.”
Elena recalled that the producer had back surgery, and he needed a good laptop to work and have fun without straining his back. The assistant also emphasized that Alibasov now has a new laptop, but if they hadn’t bought it, recovering after another operation would have been unbearable: “Lying down, just watching TV.”
