Kaliningrad “Baltika” reported changes in the breeding department. Pavel Naboishchikov became the chief scout of the club.
His football career began in the fall of 2018 at Lokomotiv Moscow. A year later, Naboishchikov moved to the Finnish Hik.
“In November 2019, he moved to the Finnish Hik, where he worked for more than two years, became the champion of Finland twice as part of the club, reached the group stage of the Conference League, and won the National Cup. Since July 2022, he has worked at Paris NN as a first-team scout. We welcome you to the Baltic ranks and wish you success in our club!” – says a post on the Telegram channel of FC Baltika.
Defender Aslan Dudiev earlier left “Baltika”. The club clarified that the contract was terminated by agreement of the parties. Dudiev played in 103 matches for Baltika.
