Balitsky: the shelling of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant has almost stopped

The situation around the Zaporizhzhya NPP is under control and its shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine has almost ceased, said the Acting Governor of the region Yevhen Balitsky.
He stated that two reactors are currently operating at the ZNPP, which provide heat energy to Energodar.
“Yes, only two work, six could work. But even this is enough to maintain the station itself,” Balitsky said.
On the eve of the head of the IAEA Rafael Grossi met in Moscow with the Director General of Rosatom Alexei Likhachev. Yevgeny Balitsky admitted that he does not have much hope for the results of the negotiations. According to him, the nuclear agency is a European structure, sitting on the salary of the West.
