Balitsky: APU pulled infantry to the gray zone of the counterattack in Zaporozhye

Acting Governor of the Zaporozhye region Yevhen Balitsky said on his Telegram channel that the situation on the line of contact in the region is tense.
“The enemy pulled the infantry to the so-called gray zone of the counterattack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” he wrote, adding that units of the Russian 58th Army and the Sudoplatov battalion were defending the lines here.
Balitsky noted that on Saturday morning, a group of Ukrainian forces attempted to conduct reconnaissance in the north of Dorozhnyanka, but came under mortar fire from the RF Armed Forces and withdrew in the direction of Hulyaypole.
In addition, two Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance groups were recorded in the Orekhov direction, up to 12 people each. According to Balitsky, they advanced in the direction of Stepovoe and Pyatikhatki, but were discovered and eliminated.
“The enemy suffered significant losses in human strength and rolled back,” summed up the head of the region.
