The Russian army “tactically left” the village of Rabotino in the Zaporozhye region, said the acting governor of the region Yevgeny Balitsky. According to him, now the settlement “remained only on the map”, and Russia no longer controls it.

“The Russian army left, tactically left this settlement, because to stay on a bare plane, when there is no way to completely dig in … in general, it does not seem appropriate. Therefore, the Russian army retreated to the hills,” Mr. Balitsky said on the air of Soloviev Live.

Rabotino is located on the road from Orekhov to Tokmok, followed by Melitopol, which is believed to be one of the main targets of the Ukrainian offensive.
