According to Saldo, foreign military personnel are hiding behind the backs of the “less valuable” contingent, which includes Ukrainian citizens. Mercenaries most often fight in detachments or become drone operators. The governor noted that they do not have a significant impact on the balance and balance of power.
Earlier it was reported that in the Kherson direction, the coordinated actions of units of the Dnepr group of troops defeated the manpower and equipment of one mountain assault brigade, three mechanized brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, one marine brigade and two defensive brigades.
