Bailiffs are looking for Olga Buzova due to the fact that she is in debt for paying utility bills for an apartment in St. Petersburg. At the same time, Buzova recently celebrated a housewarming party in a new elite residential complex, writes kp.ru site.
Buzova bought an apartment in a residential complex in Ramenki with an area of 200 sq. m and cost 120 million rubles. Apparently, Olga had long forgotten about the apartment in the Frunzensky district of her native St. Petersburg. Neighbors note that they have not seen her here since Doma-2, but the mailbox is regularly updated with notifications and payments from housing and communal services.
According to the publication, Buzova owed the management company of her St. Petersburg apartment 43.5 thousand rubles. The residents managed to go to court and win the case. But Buzova ignored the court decision and still did not pay the debt. As a result, in December, the documents were transferred to the bailiffs, they started enforcement proceedings.
“It is very strange that Olga Buzova buys new apartments, and ignores obligations for housing and communal services. It must have been some mistake on her part. In any case, it’s better for the host to hurry up and voluntarily pay off the debt, ”the lawyer Andrey Aleshkin commented on the situation.
He warned that otherwise the bailiffs could write off money from Olga’s account or seize her property.
