Bad weather will not interfere with the start of the mass ski race “Ski Track of Russia” in Barnaul

The Russian Ski Track race will take place in Barnaul at the Slavnaya ski resort, despite stormy winds, wet snow and snowstorms.
This is reported by “Altai sport”. According to the publication, the competition will open at 11:30 at the Slavnaya base at Shirokaya Proseka, 15, as planned.
“The holding of the All-Russian mass race “Ski Track of Russia” in Barnaul has been agreed upon and is under the control of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Altai Territory,” the publication noted.
It is reported that in some other cities in the region the race still had to be cancelled. Which ones exactly are still unknown.
Let us remind you that the all-Russian competition “Ski Track of Russia” is held annually in all cities of the country. This year the starts will take place for the 42nd time. “Ski Track” 2024 will be dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the complete liberation of Leningrad from the fascist blockade.
