Average rental prices in Moscow for the first half of 2022 increased by 21.4 percent, but then the prices adjusted slightly. This is reported News.ru with reference to the Avito Real Estate service.

Thus, the average rate for apartments of all types of planning in the capital from January 1 to September 12 was 60 thousand rubles, one-room apartments – 40 thousand rubles, two-room apartments – 58 thousand rubles, three-room apartments – 110 thousand rubles.

Oksana Polyakova, deputy director of the INCOM-Nedvizhimost department for renting apartments, provided somewhat different data. According to her, in August the average price of renting a one-room apartment within the old boundaries of Moscow was 44,000 rubles, a two-room apartment – 60,000 rubles, and a three-room apartment – 85,000 rubles.

At the same time, if in the spring and in June the average discounts for rent were 5-10 percent, then in August the owners were less willing to bargain.
