On April 3, Avangard played the final match of the East Conference playoffs of the KHL championship against Ak Bars and won 3:2. All goals were scored in the first and second periods.

As a result, the same score 3:2 as in the first match, but in favor of Avangard in regular time. The score in the round became 1:1. Now there will be a guaranteed fifth game in the series – in Kazan. In the meantime, on April 5 and 7, two matches will be held in Omsk.
