On Thursday, December 8, Avangard hosts Ak Bars Kazan in the KHL championship game and draws with them 2:2 after two periods.
In the first segment, Omsk quickly opened the scoring, when in the majority Telegin successfully threw at close range. Toward the end, the “hawks” received another majority – Henkel retired from the guests. It has also been implemented here. Gritsyuk scored from Tolchinsky and Chistyakov’s passes.
However, in the second period, the hosts lost all the scoring advantage. First, in the 31st minute, in the power play of the opponent, the puck after Kagarlitsky’s throw from the spot crept, as it were, reluctantly into the goal of our team – 1:2. After that, almost immediately, the Volzhans could score more, they pressed so powerfully. It did not work out here – it turned out later, when, with the majority ended, Dynyaka scored in the 37th minute.
Earlier we wrote that Avangard on December 6 lost to Salavat Yulaev 1:3.
