Avangard captain Sharipzyanov will replace forward Boucher in the KHL All-Star Game

The 2023 KHL All-Star Game will be held in St. Petersburg on December 9 and 10.
Two hockey players from the Omsk Avangard, Vladimir Tkachev and Reed Boucher, were supposed to take part in it. After the match with Barys, Avangard head coach Mikhail Kravets said that Boucher was ill and would not be able to return to games until next week.
The team decided to replace Boucher with the captain of the Hawks, Damir Sharipzyanov, the KHL press service reports.
Previously we wrote, that Omsk Hawks forward Reed Boucher topped the ranking of the best KHL snipers this season. He has 28 goals scored.
